development. It is not an exhaustive list, but reflects my current
knowledge of bugs and development issues.

General VFS

1) Support 64-bit inode numbers
2) Implement generic *BSD credentials for use in the task, file, RPC
   structures.
    => Extend this to make an ACL cache.
    => Use this for generic secure RPC.


General NFS
===========
1) Work well with Al Viro's disconnected umount code

Lockd code
==========
1) Support for > 8byte cookies.

Generic sunrpc
==============
1) Time out properly on the portmapper register/unregister
