[Labeled-nfs] time frame

Hello Spencer,
    I've posted there a couple of times asking for some hints with the
process and have gotten the help I've needed. I have the beginnings of a
PI-D which I can clean up and send out but it is still lacking a lot of
what is needed for the final version. If you want I can send you a copy
for some initial review before I send it to a wider audience.
