libnfsidmap-0.17 available

A new version of libnfsidmap is now available from
http://www.citi.umich.edu/projects/nfsv4/linux/libnfsidmap/libnfsidmap-0.17.tar.gz

Changes since libnfsidmap-0.16:

- Fix error reported by Erik Logtenberg <erik at logtenberg.eu> where
  nss mapping errors were not properly reported, causing invalid results.

- Add new umich_ldap configuration option, "LDAP_canonicalize_name", to
  disable canonicalization of the LDAP server name.  The default remains
  to do canonicalization.
  Dan Wachdorf <drwachd at sandia.gov> reported a problem when using
  multiple LDAP servers in a round-robin configuration and all have
  the same SSL certificate.

- Allow spkm3 when using nss mapping.
