Yes.  Ths context negotiation is completing and the contexts are being
passed to the kernel on both sides.  (You are past the Kerberos hump!)

Check your /etc/exports on the server (look at fsid in particular) and
the security flavors you are exporting with.

Verify the client is mounting with the right flavor (krb5 vs. krb5i
vs. krb5p) and mouting the correct path ("server:/" vs..
"server:/vol/home")

Otherwise, look at the exchange with ethereal and see which NFSv4
request is failing.
