Thanks, I'm running this patch right now.  I'll report back later once
it's completed, as to whether it fixes it.

Yes, we've only seen it under nfsv4.  We've seen it on both our 32-bit
and 64-bit test machines, and it's present in the nfs-client-stable
branch presently:
