acl patches: 2.2.41-CITI_NFS4_ALL-2

Changes since 2.2.41-CITI_NFS4_ALL-1:
	- Move to the new nfsv4->posix mapping which accepts any nfsv4
	  acl and converts it to the closest posix acl, erring on the
	  side of permissiveness.
	- Also delete lots of cruft.

You're better off using the nfs4-acl-tools, available from the same
page:

	http://www.citi.umich.edu/projects/nfsv4/linux/

but with this patch the posix acl tools will at least now accept any
nfsv4 acl, instead of giving up on anything not produced by a posix
server.

Not yet heavily tested.
