I can't reproduce this myself, but I'm getting other reports of
clientid_inuse errors that look like they could be the server's fault.

It looks like there are six exit points from nfsd4_setclientid_confirm()
that can result in an nfserr_clid_inuse return.  It might be helpful to
know which this is coming from.
