	- Akinobu Mita, Neil Brown: svcauth_gss, svcauth refcounting and
	  locking fixes
	- Chuck Lever, Aurelien Charbon: rpc server patches for ipv6 support
	- fix server-side krb5i memory leak (thanks to AimÃ© Le Rouzic for
	  reporting the bug)
	- fix krb5p kmap_atomic() crash (thanks again to AimÃ© Le Rouzic)
	- fix exp_parent error handling
	- eliminate some cases where we drop deferred requests silently,
	  possibly violating the v4 protocol in the presence of upcalls
	- reorganize nfsd4_proc_compound to call ops through function
	  pointers instead of using a single large switch
	- various minor nfsd4 cleanup
	- minor spkm3 cleanup based on Trond's review
