We were able setup/use NFS over RDMA on 2.6.16.16, haven't tried 
on the latest release though.

Make sure you have loaded all the modules like xprtrdma, xprtsock..
and other ib drivers.
Also, you could check whether OpenSM is running or not.

Make sure you have the latest IB source files from openib.org.
