[patch 0 of 6] nfs-utils patches

Hi Neil,
Here are a few patches against nfs-utils-1.0.10.  There are one or two
(or more) that I'd like to get into 1.0.11 depending on when you might
be planning to push that out.

The first patch adds back a helpful message if the pkg-config stuff isn't found

The second is a configure.in change so that -lnsl and -lsocket are not
linked needlessly

The third quiets some compile warnings

The fourth fixes idmapd so that it properly returns errors instead of
returning a default mapping.

The fifth updates the context information that is passed to the kernel for spkm3

The sixth adds a new option to gssd to allow the use of a memory
credentisls cache rather than storing them in a file.
