[nfsv4] [BUG] server-state-recovery branch fails to mount on x86_64

Yes, that appears to be the problem.  Jason says the CITI mount works
fine.  The mount command must have got reset to the default gentoo at
some point.

Btw, what is the status of getting the mount changes back up into
mainline?
