gssd fails to limit encryption types - config problem?

Can you see whether the credential cache file is created in /tmp/? And
if so, what is it called? I think gssd will look for something named
krb5cc_1090, but maybe more recent versions are more general. Might
also be worth strace'ing gssd and seeing whether it's attempting to open
something in /tmp/ and failing to find it.
