Changes since acl-2.2.41-CITI_NFS4_ALL-3
	- fix nfsv4->posix mapping state allocation: could fix crashes
	  reading acls with more than a few users or groups
	- remove spurious XATTR_REPLACE: could fix acl-setting
	  on some servers
	- minor cleanup

These are the patches required on the client side if you want to
manipulate nfsv4 acls on servers as if they were posix acls.

It is normally better just to use full nfsv4 acls directly.  See the
nfs4-acl-tools project at
http://www.citi.umich.edu/projects/nfsv4/linux/
for native nfsv4 acl tools.
