	- update to -rc3
	- include Trond's latest patchset
	- support port= mount option for krb5 mounts
	- attempt krb5 callbacks to client (also requires nfs-utils
	  patches, and client will not accept them at the callbacks yet)
	- server-side 64bit inode support from Peter Staubach
	- minor cleanups of nfsd4 state and server gss code
