NFSV4 + Kerberos: server not responding

I've got two problems with my NFS4 server:
- sometimes exports can't be mounted from any clients
- sometimes some clients can mount and see the exported files tree but 
cannot open files

In the first case, restarting NFS on the server solves the problem, but 
in the second one, the only solution I found is to restart the client host.

The interesting logs on the server are:

As you can see, there is a lot of garbage (some memory issue?).

I use:
server: Fedora6 2.6.20-1.2944, nfs-utils-1.0.10-12.fc6
exports options:
/export 
gss/krb5(rw,fsid=0,insecure,subtree_check,no_all_squash,root_squash,sync)

clients: Centos5
mount options: 
-fstype=nfs4,rw,soft,intr,rsize=32768,wsize=32768,nosuid,noexec,sec=krb5
