finding the quota device for a path broken post 2.6.17

 	Hi!

   I'm not sure if this should go to the kernel-ml, but I'm not subscribed 
there, so.. :)

There seems to be something funny going on with quota paths with kernels 
>2.6.17 (tried 2.6.17, 2.6.20, 2.6.22). I got a hint that maybe Cache-FS 
could have something to do with it, since it was merged in 2.6.18.

Basically, I get a wrong device for the path, easy to test with perl and 
Quota.pm ('getqcarg($path)'). I reported it to the Ubuntu bug tracking 
system (*) before I figured out that surely there must be someone who sees 
the bug? :)

if not, where to look for next?
