nfsstat returns null values for nfsv4 server operations

I applied this patch to the 2.6.17 kernel source tree and recompiled successfully. I installed the new kernel and rebooted. Now nfs_statd returns the per-operation nfsv4 server statistics. Thanks.

Any additional patches for nfsv4 that should be applied to this kernel?
