I've finally replaced the link to upstream util-linux with a note
indicating that it should no longer be needed.
I've also updated http://www.citi.umich.edu/projects/nfsv4/linux/ to
make it painfully clear that building nfs-utils from scratch should
only be needed if the very latest version is needed.
