Unified sources again?

In the past there have been unified sources with CITI and Trond's
patches in one patch somebody could apply.

Actually the server patches for 2.6.20rc6 and the client patches for
2.6.20 don't merge and I don't know to patch the kernel in what
direction without the need to patch the kernel manually again and again
and...
