does NFSv4 export ACL to clients?

Does NFSv4 export ACL to clients?  I am using ubuntu and I can't see
the server's ACL properties.  The server can see them with getfacl but
that's it.  Does anyone have any pointers on getting this to work?  I
am using the stock kernel and went to compile it to include v4 but I
saw that my old config already had it.
