[PATCH 0/3] nfs-utils patches for consideration for 1.1.3

Hi Steve,

These three patches to rpc.gssd are from Lukas Hejtmanek <xhejtman at ics.muni.cz>
with some minor modifications by me.

The first patch skips trying to use a non-existent default credentials cache
if no others are found.

The second adds a new option to gssd for an administrator to limit the lifetime of
kernel contexts.

The third adds a parameter to gssd to specify a preferred realm when selecting
from Kerberos credentials caches to be used to create contexts.  The default
Kerberos realm is used as the default preferred realm.
