Yes.  Note though that it seems to be configurable:
Edit->Preferences->Protocols->RPC, "Maximum size of a RPC-over-TCP PDU"
(that's a mouthful; any suggestions for something less jargon-y?)

I wonder what the drawbacks are to setting it too high?  I'm tempted to
go for at least 64 Megs or so just to future-proof it.
