7.2.2, we should be upgrading to 7.2.4 today or next week :)
And yes, nfs4 is enabled for sure, we used it without problem with other
volumes with different kind of usage. The problem began to appears with
a new volume used for home directories.

It's automounter-handled, but it should be something as:
mount -t nfs4 msr-nas1:/vol/msr1_unix/adapt /home/adapt -o
hard,intr,nosuid,nodev,rw
One potential difference with other mount point is we mount a subset of
the volume (/vol/msr1_unix/adapt), not the whole volume (/vol/msr1_unix).
