Hi Lukáš,
Could you point out what is "broken" with the existing code, and where
in this patch that is fixed?

I can see the value of a preferred realm.  Would it also be a good
idea to use the machine's default realm if no preferred realm is
specified?

I'd like to get other's opinions on the addition of the timeout parameter.

It seems this should really be three separate patches:  1) the fix for
the "broken" code, 2) adding the preferred realm, 3) adding the
context timeout.

I don't have time to look any closer today, hopefully tomorrow.
