Log message:
Updates the pnfs xdr routines to the agreed upon .x file (see email from
Garth Goodson on pnfs mailing list). The attribute
FATTR4_WORD1_FS_LAYOUT_TYPES *HAS NOT* been changed as this leads
widespread changes, including, but not limited to, adding a new
FATTR4_WORD2. This value is still 56 (1<<24 of FATTR4_WORD1, and has not
moved to 64.
