Hi,
The patch for this code is attached. The code is now isolated to
nfs4filelayout.c. read.c and write.c do not have any code related to the
layouts.

A fix to isolate the dense layout specific changes to the layout driver
only This commit does the following:
- Removes the dense layout related code from fs/nfs/read.c and
fs/nfs/write.c
- Adds a rpc_call_done struct for the file layout driver
(nfs4filelayout.c)
- Uses the above call_ops instead of the standard nfs call_ops
