[pnfs] Rahul's patches

You build it from the current master branch and you don't have patches 
that are not merged yet right ? 
how did you run it:
did your client load the nfslayoutdriver ?
which file system did you use on the server ?
did you have any DSs ?
how did you run Connectathon (which runs / options)
anything else that I should now about your test ?

I just want to try to do the same to make sure we are comparing the same 
test.

i just ran the connectathon tests on the master branch and i succeeded.

        runtests -a -t

the output:

./test9: statfs
        1500 statfs calls in 0.29 seconds
        ./test9 ok.
