[pnfs] [PATCH] move shared nfs41 types to include/linux/nfs4.h

Andy, here is the first patch, sessions only.
I will follow with two patches, one that pulls this
patch to the master (pnfs) branch, and one that moves
the pnfs shared types to include/linux/nfs4.h
