[pnfs] mount nfsv4 over loopback with latest git tree

Hey All,

I haven't tried this in awhile, but I tried to mount a directory using 
standard nfsv4 over the loopback using the latest git repository.  The 
mount command hangs the entire machine.  Has anyone tried using standard 
nfsv4 over the loopback or net lately?  I'm currently using FC6 and 
everything works fine using the FC6 kernel.
