[pnfs] mount nfsv4 over loopback with latest git tree

[Muntz, Daniel]

I fixed our local tree to support v4 and v4.1 simultaneously.  Changes
will be pushed back soon.

I have tried v4.1 (with and without pNFS) and v3 together. My home
directory is on v3. Simultaneous v4 and v4.1 is a problem.
