[pnfs] pNFS server implementation ready on 2.6.23

The pNFS server port to 2.6.23 is ready.  The back channel has also been
ported.  We have tested with our files based driver, Marc has tested the
basic operations with GPFS.  As I understand, Benny is working on a
client-side bug in the callback path that is preventing us to test it
further.  With this, the 2.6.23 server is functionally equivalent to the
2.6.18 pNFS server.
 
I'd like to propose that we move to this latest version of the server
and test it with the object based driver to take to the next Bakeathon.
Further patches would be in the 2.6.23 server line, and not in the
2.6.18 server line.  We would continue working with the 2.6.18 client
until we're done implementing the 2.6.23 client.  On that note, we're
making progress on the client, but need a couple more weeks to complete
the fore-channel re-implementation, and then work with Andy to add the
pNFS functionality.
