[pnfs] Linux pNFS road map

One thing I would like to see in a roadmap is a test plan. I'm not sure
of the best way to go about this, but it will be worth investigating at
some point.

I also think there are some linux cleanup issues, like ensuring someone
can't unload the nfslayoutdriver while it is being used and being able
to use Chuck's string-based mount option, e.g., nfs, nfs4,nfs41,pnfs, or
something.

It would nice to get some names and approx. dates on the items in the
road map. To that end, I created a Gantt organizational chart of the
road map with google spreadsheets. (I also added it to the wiki) The
goal is to visually display what items need to be completed, who will
complete them, and when they will be completed. It is also possible to
show dependencies between line items. I don't want to *manage*
development, but rather create a common place where people can go to see
who is working on certain features and when they will be complete. I
filled in my current two line items and indicated they have a dependency
on the completion of the write path.

Across the top is a monthly time line for 2008 and down the side are the
line items. At the top of the line items are the overall phases. I
have colored in some of the time lines with *rubbish*, but I'm hoping we
can:
1. Get a correct list of line items
2. Assign owners for each line item
3. Get approx. begin and end dates from the owner for each of their line
items

What does everyone think? Google spreadsheets isn't ideal for this, but
it allows collaborative development, so I can open up the editing
abilities to everyone developing pNFS code.
