Patch 0001 - 0019 is basically a resend of the read patches. I have not
responded yet to previous comments such as nameing macos, forward
declarations, etc. My intention is to include those changes when I move
these patches into Benny's tree.

Patches 0001-0005, and 0020 - 0022 are Sessions patches. Ricardo - perhaps
you can look at them and move them to Benny's tree.

Patch 0023 adds the boundary checking to nfs page coalescing and enables
large reads.

Dean - I have not included your "Read performance patch" where you
re-calculate the header length to include the NFSv4.1 OP_SEQUENCE operation.
Could you see if this is still a problem?

This code passes Connectathon basic, general, and special.

I encountered NFS4ERR_SEQ_MISORDERED when I mount run Connectathon tests,
umount, and then mount. CREATE_SESSION succeeds, but the nfs_get_root
compound always has the misordered error.

I attached a tar ball of the 23 patches. They apply against ricardo's tree.
