[pnfs] [PATCH 0/29] andros-pnfs-read patches

This patchset applies on top of git://linux-nfs.org/~bhalevy/linux-pnfs pnfs
and is available in the andros-pnfs-read branch (please pull tree for update)

Please confirm so it can be pushed to the nfs41/pnfs branches and integrated
into the existing patchsets.

I'm also working on porting the pnfs-obj layout cache to the nfs client
and this triggered some considerable cleanup opportunities to the layout driver
API and to the implementation.  I'll send a patchset for comments soon.
