Weren't there some small changes made to the NFSv4.0 .x after ethereal
got NFSv4.0 support?  I seem to recall that it did cause some confusion,
but that on balance it was worth it....  But I was just starting on NFS
at the time, so somebody else may remember better.

But anyway, it might be worth it just to go ahead and submit the
wireshark code even if it's a little wrong.
