[pnfs] OP_SEQUENCE for ethereal

I'm fine with someone hosting a git tree of wireshark sources.

One problem with submitting them is that they really aren't as clean as 
they should be.  For example, I typically ignore when things should be 
broken into subtrees (e.g., when you click on the little triangle thingy 
to further open a structure in the ethereal gui).  I also don't know the 
process for submission into wireshark.
