[pnfs] sorting out pnfs cvs

Well, that didn't work out, but Andy had a version of the largeio patch
sitting around that could be applied to 2.6.18.3 with a little munging.

So I've destroyed and recreated the stuff at:

	git://linux-nfs.org/~bfields/linux-pnfs.git

So it now has two commits, one with just the largeio thing, one with
everything else.  Unfortunately, I think the second patch still contains
some nfs changes that aren't related to pnfs, but maybe those can be
sorted out as we upgrade.

In the meantime there's another 4 or 5 patches to extract from CVS and
apply to that.

So what do people want to do next?
