[pnfs] linux pNFS server and sessions

Hi Andy,
It depends how much of sessions we want to do. As of now, the server
just accepts the CREATE_CLIENTID (needs to become EXCHANGE_ID) and
CREATE_SESSION instead of SETCLIENTID and SETCLIENTID_CONFIRM. It
accepts the sequence op and renews leases. That's about it. The
remaining sessions os are not supported. As for the back channel stuff,
I'm not sure there's enough time to get recalls working. So, as of now,
I have no callback path.
So, that's what I have. We should be able to get pNFS working with this
minimal piece of sessions code (without layout recall that is).
What do you feel?
Regards
Rahul
