[pnfs] linux pNFS server and sessions

 hi guys

hope you had a happy new year and some time off.  you probably talked about
this during yesterdays phone call. rahul - do you have sessions patches
against the current CVS tree? could you send them to the list? then we can
figure out who will do what on the server side.
