[pnfs] CVS tree tagged

I tagged the CVS tree on wednesday - so it's ready for sessions checkin.

i created a branch point just in case we want to bugfix the 'clientid' or
non-sessions kernel.

to check out the clientid code:

% cvs checkout -r pnfs-2-6-18-3-largeio-clientid
