[pnfs] hack for create sessions

Hi Andy, 
After applying your patch and disabling the check for boot_time in 
STALE_CLIENTID(clientid_t *clid) the client completed the connection to 
the DS. Than I did a read and got the following error on get layout so I 
can't tell if what you did will work until we do IO to the DS. Is get 
layout works fine for every one ?
