[pnfs] snapshot of bakeathon patches

Hi Andy,
Are you planning to update the pnfs git tree with all the fixes from the 
bakeathon. It would be good to have them all in one place so we don't lose 
any of the bugs we found in the bakeathon before starting to develop new 
version based on different kernel.

Andy, here's a snapshot of the patches I collected during the bakeathon

and a tar file for fs/nfs fs/nfsd/ include/linux and net/sunrpc so you can

tell how the merge for your session patches was done.
