[pnfs] Austin bakeathon patches applied

I applied 8 client (andros) , 11 server (andros), 1 server (Ricardo), and 1
server (Benny) patches to the 4.1-sessions branch.

I merged the 4.1-sessions branch with the master and applied 2 client
(Benny) and 5 server (Benny) patches to the master branch.

As far as I know, the 2.6.18.3 git tree is up to date WRT the Austin
bakeathon patches.
