[pnfs] Austin patches

at the end of the bakeathon, i tested our 4.1-sessions branch client against
the AIX server. we passed most of the basic tests - they were not prepared
to receive the 'cachethis' bit turned on in a READDIR request so we failed.

i have not tested these client patches against our server. i have re-worked
several of the server and client patches that zero the sequence number, the
clientid, and the seqid4 of the stateid.

i'm traveling this week - USENIX and then an HPDC workshop, back on the
26th.
