[pnfs] Patches

ok everybody!

please - give me the rest of today to instantiate the new git trees with the
sessions in one, and the pnfs in another before you send any more patches.

i can mount using sessions only - i'm chasing down an i/o bug. i should have
the sessions-only branch up soon. i'll keep you posted on my progress. the
pnfs-only will be easier because i can diff against the sessions only tree.

we will be switching to these new trees, so you will have to redo your
patches against the new tress, and then send them in for inclusion.

also, some of the patches contain fixes that appear in later kernels.
upgrading to the latest kernel is a really good idea, so that we spend time
on the pnfs/sessions work, not on fixing known bugs.
