Minor procedural complaint: the subject line on all of the slot table
patches is "Slot Table Implementation".  So you look through these in a
summary view and you see:

	Slot Table Implementation
	Slot Table Implementation
	Slot Table Implementation
	...

Let's try not to do that in the future.
