[pnfs] git tree up to date

Hi

I believe the pnfs and sessions branches are now up to date with all the
submitted patches. I just tested the code from a 10G client => GPFS cluster
and was able to pass all connectathon tests over pure NFSv4, and get
increasing iozone performance over pNFS as I increased the number of Data
servers.

Please check the code and report any patches that I missed.  I will start
the server slot table code tomorrow.
