[pnfs] Callback support

Hi guys,
I've manageed to get callback support working. Right now all I have is a
gigantic patch. I'll split it into smaller patches and send it in for
review. It's made against the v4.1-sessions branch. We can work on
merging it with the pNFS branch and then finally with Benny's
LAYOUTRECALL code. 
btw, is anyone working on CB_SEQUENCE?
