[pnfs] Howdy from Texas

Hi Will,
I'm mildly confused. Are you bringing a client or a server? 
Nother thing, apart from the CLAIM_FH thing I'd watch out for is that we
currently do callbacks on the same channel as the forechannel (from the
client at least). Hope this won't be a problem.
