[pnfs] What is the plan to merge 4.1 callback and server layout - cache code

Hi

We have work by Rahul and Benny that will modify the same files meaning
patches won't apply cleanly. I vote to put all 4.1-sessions code in first,
then the pNFS code. So, Rahul's callback code and any of Benny's code that
is either 4.1-sessions or non-pNFS NFSv4.0/1 server changes.

Is this agreeable?
